SENIOR STATUTORY REPORTING ACCOUNTANT
Our client is a highly respected entrepreneurial company in the Hartford/Springfield area.
Responsibilities:
- Performing investment accounting and Statutory reporting for insurance companies.
- Interface with management team.
- Update procedures and documents.
- Compensation $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonus.
Requirements
- B.S. Accounting or Finance. MBA or CPA a plus.
- 2+ years of investment accounting or insurance accounting.
- Experience with Statutory Reporting and fixed income products.
- Proven ability to meet daily deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task.
- Working knowledge of Exce, Access, Crystal report writer and Bloomberg etc.
- Experience using CAMRA and doing macros in Excel a plus.
- Candidate must be able to work for any employer in U.S.
