MANAGER, TAX ACCOUNTING

Our client is one of the largest regional CPA firms in New England. They are seeking an accountant for the position of Tax Manager with partner potential to join their Springfield, MA office.

The Tax Manager's responsibilities will include:

  • Providing tax planning
  • Preparing and reviewing tax returns
  • Supervising staff.
  • Ability to generate new business is a plus.
  • Opportunity for growth.
  • Compensation: $85,000 to $100,000 /year + bonus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Masters of Science in Taxation (MST) is a plus
  • CPA
  • At least 5+ years of public accounting
  • Experience with CCH ProFx and CCH Engagement software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work for any employer in U.S.
